I ordered a part and 1 of three screws came the wrong size. I contacted CC and did not hear anything until I received an order shipment email. I did not know what the order was since I did not recall making an order. It came today and I was highly surprised. For a company to take the time and send me an 8-32 socket head screw was totally surprising. Needles to say that Cruiser Customizing is the place where I will order ALL accessories in the future. Thanks Cruiser Customizing, it was totally unexpected. I have ordered a number of items from Cruiser Customizing. The selection is absolutely great from a metric perspective especially for the mid-weights such as my bike, a 750 Honda Shadow Spirit. I like the service, customer service and free shipping. I will continue to order from Cruiser Customizing.

The ease of ordering as your web site is superbly laid out and very simple to follow. The fact that my order was dealt with so quickly and efficiently and despatched within hours of the order being placed. I was unable to use your order tracking system as I live in the United Kingdom and that facility is not available. Suffice to say, but I also ordered some goods from a company over here the same day and they still haven't arrived!!! I have cancelled my other order and will be re-ordering from you. Last summer I learned my lesson about buying from the local HD. On a spur of the moment trip I felt the need for a luggage rack so I drove 60 miles to pick one up. Well they didn't have one!! (Now this is a BIG HD store) So after several minutes BS with an unskilled sales person, I agreed to have them order it. I told her to mail it to me because my schedule was too tight to run back to Sioux Falls for something they should have had on hand. They couldn't send it direct to me because it wasn't their policy. They even had to charge me shipping besides? BTW Since my first order I have been recommending Cruiser Customizing to everybody.

HE ACTUALLY DID CALL ME BACK PROMPTLY. This shouldn't be so noteworthy, but all too frequently with other retailers, they lack follow-up. Thanks Josh.

The customer service representative was extremely helpful with my order. I had to return an item that my wife ordered as a Christmas gift for me that I did not need and replace an item due to maufacturer's defect. The transaction went very smoothly....because my wife originally place the order back in Sept. 2005 and I was afraid due to the time lapse that I would not be able to return the order. At the time when I wanted to purchase this particular crash bar for our Victory Kingpin, it went on sale to make the purchase even sweeter. After my decision to purchase the crash bar, I happened on a bell to purchase for my friend, who needed one. This order was to surprise my husband and was he surprised. He loves his hypercharger and is absolutely stunned that I ordered it myself (with the help of Mike). My husband was hemmimg and hawing that he would like this motorcycle clock. So, when I got it I (of course) hid it in a larger box then wrapped it asap. I called him at work at thought about a real sad thing so I could cry and said that what I got for him was damaged in the mail and I was so, so upset - and he believed me! (probably because I never have played his games before of trying to through me off the track - never worked anyway - but it sure did with him! ha ha). He was surprised when he opened it on Christmas morning! He keeps showing it to other bikers. Such a proud pappa.........
